Job description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead all Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Application optimization and utilization initiatives.
  • Provide SCM Business Application training and coaching.
  • Provide Level 1 Business Application support to SCM and associated users.
  • Ensure the SCM Business Application structure and its utilization are in adherence to all company governance requirements.
  • Liaise with other functions within the company to ensure alignment and optimise interdependencies.
  • Liaise between Business and IT / Developers (Applications), aligning business and IT strategies, business processes, workflow streamlining and Application service delivery.
  • Manage SCM-related Applications integrations and interfaces.
  • Optimize SCM Application functionality (including automation opportunities) to support business agility and ensure controls are in-line with business goals, processes and requirements.
  • Review all SCM-related Application MOC's and maintain as-built documentation.
  • Manage and maintain SCM Master Data and undertake regular reviews / cleansing.
  • Support Systems Administrator in day-to-day maintenance of UAM and Approvals Matrix in accordance with SOD and LOA.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of SCM Application-based business reports and dashboards with the focus on decision-making value, compliance, accuracy, timeliness and automation
  • Plan, present and lead upgrade/newbuild SCM Application Projects as required.
  • Lead the rollout of SCM applications across new projects, operations, locations, and functions.
  • Ensure SCM Business Application architecture is relevant to existing and future business requirements.
  • Manage SCM-related Business Application agreements and licenses.
  • Effectively communicate SCM Application changes to relevant parties.
  • Translate business/operational requirements into effective and efficient systems solutions and to manage conflicting priorities/complex workload.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in IT/ Supply Chain/ Finance/ Accounting/ Business Admin.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Minimum 8 years' experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / SCM Business Application implementations, upgrades and optimisations, SCM Process optimization & mapping, leading cross-functional teams, Developing and providing training.

  • Enterprise-wide understanding of business, processes, and technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SCM end-to-end processes and requirements.
  • Competent in using SQL for managing databases and extracting data.
  • Strong understanding of interrelated processes and requirements of other Functions.
  • Application architecture and workflow build/design.
  • Support integration between systems (APIs, interfaces, data flows).
  • Create and execute accurate and useful reports.
  • Handle multiple mini-projects and high workload concurrently.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office toolset including Excel to an Advanced level.
  • In-depth knowledge and use of leading SCM solutions in a global context - combined with sound technology and implementation experience in a global environment.
