The Technician cum Lorry Driver is responsible for assisting in technical works such as installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment or materials at site locations. The role also includes driving the company lorry to transport materials, tools, and equipment safely to designated sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support

o Assist in installation, servicing, and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment as assigned.

o Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition before and after use.

o Support site technicians during project or maintenance works.

o Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision.

2. Driving & Transportation

o Operate company lorry to transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from project sites.

o Ensure goods are loaded and unloaded safely according to company procedures.

o Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the lorry at all times.

o Record mileage, fuel usage, and submit vehicle inspection reports as required.

3. Safety & Compliance

o Comply with company safety rules and site regulations.

o Report any accident, damage, or safety issue immediately to the supervisor.

o Ensure all transported materials are properly secured and handled safely.

4. General Duties

o Assist in warehouse or workshop duties when required.

o Support other team members during project deployment.

o Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:


• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.


• Possess valid GDL (Goods Driving License) and E/Full D license.


• Basic knowledge in electrical/mechanical work is an advantage.


• Physically fit and willing to travel or work at various sites.


• Responsible, punctual, and able to work under minimum supervision.
