About the role

Become a Mortgage Consultant at Matrix Swift Solutions' based in Bukit Raja Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process and helping them secure the best possible financing solutions to achieve their property goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and property aspirations
  • Research and analyse a wide range of mortgage products to identify the most suitable options
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting mortgage applications, ensuring all required documents are in order
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions and other relevant parties to facilitate the mortgage application process

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations and the application process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to analyse financial information, identify suitable mortgage solutions and present recommendations effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome any challenges during the mortgage application process
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
