We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and work schedules of housekeeping staff, including local staff and foreigners.
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to ensure all housekeeping staff are well-informed and properly equipped to perform their duties.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained.
  • Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), housekeeping manuals, and policies to ensure the operations are maintained at high level standard.
  • Provide clear guidelines, and supervision to housekeeping staff to ensure their work aligns with established SOPs and scheduled tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the properties meet quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities to ensure timely replenishment and proper storage.
  • Maintain and monitor the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost control and optimal use of resources.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and promote a safe working environment.
  • Monitor guests' feedback closely and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification & Requirement

  • Professional certifications in housekeeping are an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, including staff training and development within a housekeeping department.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, linen management, and housekeeping equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and training skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, hygiene regulations, and sanitation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
