Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT operations including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
- Oversee system backups, recovery plans, and network security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Provide high-level support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate and resolve critical IT incidents with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure end-user satisfaction by maintaining strong service delivery standards.
- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Ensure regular backups, antivirus updates, and security patches.
- Manage email configurations, file servers, and user account setups.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and monitor threat prevention systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal audit standards.
- Maintain IT documentation including SOPs, inventories, and user manuals.
- Assist in implementation of IT projects and new technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or system admin role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office Suite, and networking basics.
- Familiar with security tools, backup software, and IT asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of backup systems, antivirus software, and IT security best practices.
- Exposure to IT asset management and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM3,700.00 per month
