About the Role

We are looking for a Conveyancing Clerk with 1–3 years of experience to join our team at WONG & LOH. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, though candidates with experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare conveyancing documents (housing projects, subsales, perfection of transfer/charge, discharge of charge, loan docs, etc.).
  • Liaise with Land Office, Stamp Office, developers, banks and authorities.
  • Assist lawyers and keep them updated on case progress.
  • Maintain proper filing and records.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in conveyancing preferred.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with conveyancing procedures.
  • Good communication skills, motivated, and a team player.
