About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse and logistics operations. This key leadership role ensures the smooth flow of goods, accurate inventory management, timely deliveries, and compliance with customs and trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate customs declarations and clearance for import/export activities in compliance with Malaysian Customs and international trade regulations.
  3. Enforce company SOPs, safety protocols, and import/export control procedures.
  4. Drive improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics risks.
  5. Implement best practices in warehouse layout, space utilization, inventory control, and dispatch scheduling, and shipping/customs documentation.
  6. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Sales teams to maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
  7. Identify operational inefficiencies and champion process improvements, including the integration of digital tools and automation technologies.
  8. Monitor and improve logistics KPIs such as delivery accuracy, turnaround time, cost per shipment, and warehouse productivity.
  9. Supervise and develop warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and drivers.
  10. Manage manpower scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across shifts and peak periods.
  11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse, logistics and inventory status.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
  3. Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Customs procedures and international trade practices.
  4. Proven leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational abilities.
