About the role

As a Warehouse Storekeeper at TWIN ARROW (SARAWAK) SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in managing the efficient storage and distribution of goods within our Bintulu, Sarawak warehouse. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfilment.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive, inspect and accurately log all incoming stock into the warehouse management system
  • Organise and maintain a tidy, organised warehouse layout to optimise storage and retrieval processes
  • Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Process customer orders, pick and pack items for dispatch in a timely manner
  • Liaise with production, sales and logistics teams to provide updates on inventory levels and delivery status
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures and safety protocols
  • Supervise and train warehouse assistants to ensure efficient and productive operations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehousing or inventory management role
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Forklift operating certification or willingness to obtain
  • Good physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks
