Key Responsibilities:
Prepare complete sets of management accounts for the company
Accurately enter and maintain all accounting data in the SQL Accounting System in a timely manner
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure healthy cash flow
Handle full-spectrum accounting and tax matters, including timely submission to auditors and tax authorities (IRAS, etc.)
Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, proper documentation, and systematic filing
Manage assigned banking transactions and reconciliations efficiently
Oversee accounts receivable aging, ensure accurate billing and timely collection
Assist with HR and general administrative duties when required
Participate actively in company events and activities
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, LCCI, or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Candidates with experience in full sets of accounts will have an added advantage
Proficient in SQL Accounting Software (or similar full-set accounting systems)
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and initiative
Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to participate in company activities
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
