Role Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis center, ensuring high standards of patient care & safety.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team, nursing staff, and management to ensure smooth operation of the dialysis center.
  • Manage the inventory of medical supplies (consumables) and medications required for dialysis treatments and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Develop & implement marketing strategies to promote the dialysis center's services to increase patient referrals and market research.
  • Oversee billing, payment processes, and coordinate with insurance providers, JPA, SOCSO, ZAKAT, and other relevant agencies/corporate in relation to dialysis treatment.
  • Identify and promote for hospitals products, healthcare services and lab services.
  • Build strong client relation through excellent services & work closely with clients to develop market.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials, brochures, and digital content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dialysis center or similar environment.
  • Experience in managing clinical operations and overseeing billing/payment processes.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes (JPA, SOCSO, ZAKAT, etc.) and healthcare supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of dialysis treatment procedures, patient care standards, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
