2.1 Induction Course (Kursus Induksi Pegawai Penilai - Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman - Pengurus Pusat Bertauliah) DAN
2.2 Diploma of Skill Malaysia (Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia) in the relevant field OR
2.3 Diploma/Degree from recognised university/college plus two(2) years working experience in the relevant field
Job Description
- Manage and monitor the planning, scheduling and delivery of skills training programs to ensure alignment with the registered National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS), including coordination with Pegawai Penilai (PP) and Tenaga Pengajar (TP)
- Develop and overview the procedures and documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals and lesson plans
- Control and monitor the quality assurance system for training and internal assessments to ensure alignment with National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) requirements
- Establish performance benchmarks, conduct audits, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable and valid training outcomes
- Ensuring assessments are conducted consistently in accordance with NOSS requirements and any regulations set by the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK)
- Ensure the registration of trainees through the established system for the purpose of following the training programme been done
- Carry out assigned tasks and responsibilities within the defined scope, including standby duties and ad hoc assignments, the scope may be reviewed and adjusted from time to time by the immediate superior or an appointed representative of Pusat Bertauliah (PB)
