Job description:

· To manage day-to-day accounting operations and functions, such as data entry for the accounts receivable accounting system.

· To able prepare management account, balance sheet, income statement, & cash flow.

· To managing e-Invoice tasks such as issuing, receiving, verifying, and filing invoices.

· To handle emails related to payments, invoices, etc.

· To ensure proper filing of accounting records and documents, ensuring all e-invoice transactions comply with LHDN requirements.

· Able to operate accounting software.

· Handle full set of accounts.

· Prepare bank reconciliation and Payroll.

· Monitor, coordinate and preparation of annual budget and forecast for the company. Compile, analyze and review budgets submitted by all relevant parties.

· Ensure monthly accounts are closed on time and prepare monthly management variance reports.

· Verify that all payments are supported with properly approved documentation.

· Handle all tax matters, including corporate tax, with a solid understanding of tax laws to ensure full compliance.

· Provide timely and accurate financial information to support effective decision-making within the legal and corporate framework.

· Liaise with external tax agents, auditors, company secretary, bankers, government bodies, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance and good governance.

· Maintain and update the fixed asset and inventory registers.

· Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow projections, while exercising cost control to ensure both capital and operational expenditures remain within budget.

· Assist in the preparation of yearly forecasts and budgets.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or professional certificate in accounting.

· Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the palm oil background/Manufacturing Industry/Transportation industry, with at least 4 - 7 years of experience in full set accounts and subsidiary company management.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.

· ACCA qualification or Chartered Accountant certification is an added advantage.
