Country Manager
to lead our Malaysian operations, drive market growth, and ensure brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business strategy and expansion plans for Richeese Factory in Malaysia.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Build and develop a strong local team while promoting a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with local food safety and operational standards.
- Strengthen brand presence through effective marketing and promotional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior management within the
QSR or F&B retail
industry. - Proven track record in multi-store operations, market entry, and business growth.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian F&B market and regulatory environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
