Senior Account Executive

· Prepare financial reports, statements, and account summaries for management review

· Manage full set of accounts and Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, rental & utilities, maintenance, fixed asset purchases, loan installments, and adhoc payments

· Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

· Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including SST, TDS, and income tax compliance

· Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.

· Monitor and enhance internal controls and standard financial procedures

· Lead and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes

· Ensure timely invoicing, follow up on payment collections, and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies

· Supervise and guide junior accounting staff. Monitor account performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations or corrective actions

· Perform any other tasks assigned by the management related to the role.

Job Requirement

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· –5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in an account management in manufacturing

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance

· Ability to communicate, present and lead a team

· Ability to multi-task and deal with high volumes of work.

· Experience in manufacturing / production line of furniture or relatable items

· Able to work independently, under pressure and deal  tactfully with people at all levels

· working days per week

· Willing to work at Serdang, Seri Kembangan.
