Business Development Executive

What You'll Do:
Market Expansion and Partnership Development:
Identify and negotiate with partners such as Introducing Brokers (IB), White Labels, Hedge Funds, Funds Mangement Platforms, Signal Providers and Educational Institutions.
- Expand the company's brand presence and market share across different regions (e.g. Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, etc.).
- Research competitors (suh as Exness, IC Markets, AvaTrade, etc.) to analyze their promotion models and develop effective market startegies.
Client Relationship and Channel Management:
Maintain strong relationships with exising IBs, agents and business partners.
- Guide partners on how to promote the company's products and services (e.g., trading accounts, bonus campaigns, signal system, etc.)
- Provide marketing support such as posters, rebate system, and promotional campaign plans.
Business Targets and Performance Goals
Set monthly or quarterly performance targets, including active client numbers, deposit colume, trading volume, number of IBs, and rebate ratio.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Customer Service, and Compliance departments to ensure conversiona rates and clinet retenttion.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms and forex products (FX, Gold, Crypto, Indices).
- Familiarity with IB programs, rebate structures, and bonus campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and market insight skills.
- Ability to plan and execute regional marketing strategies (both online and offline).
- Proficiency in English and local languages (especially for international markets).
- Experience with CRM systems, advertising platforms, and Telegram marketing is an added advantage.
