Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Maximize sales return per square foot to achieve business objectives.

  • Increase average transaction value and overall sales volume within your business unit.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions effectively to optimize commercial opportunities.

  • Maintain high visual standards to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

  • Sales Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.

  • Develop action plans based on commercial insights and on-floor observations.

  • Inventory & Stock Management

  • Utilize stock management systems to ensure optimal stock availability.

  • Oversee stock movements and logistics to ensure efficiency — including warehouse-to-store transfers, fitting room stock turnaround, and stock receiving processes.

  • Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Operational Excellence

  • Implement best practices using the Commercial Management Toolkit to optimize store performance and operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail store management, preferably within the sports retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Results-driven, with a strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
