Job responsibilities:

工作职责:

  1. Manage and oversee small to medium size projects (software development etc).

管理和监督小型至中型项目(软件领域以此类推)。

  1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, team member duties, and project goals.

制定详细的项目计划,包括时间表、团队成员职责和项目目标。

  1. Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards.

监控项目进展,确保按时交付并保持质量标准。

  1. Assist Project Managers with various project-related requests.

协助项目经理处理各种与项目相关的事务。

  1. Perform administrative tasks to keep the stakeholders well-informed on project progress.

执行行政任务,确保相关利益方了解项目进展。

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.

理解快速变化的商业环境中的项目交付和验收流程。

  1. Identify project risks and prepare risk mitigation measures.

  1. Generating various reports on project data as per company requirements.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.

商务管理或相关专业的学士学位。

  1. At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

具有至少4年相关工作经验.

  1. General knowledge of PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin to serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
