About the role

This is a full-time Sales Manager position with EVERLIGHT OPTOELECTRONICS (M) SDN. BHD. based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key accounts within the Account & Relationship Management sector.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand the company's customer base
  2. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  3. Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  4. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
  5. Regularly monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new revenue streams
  6. Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the Account & Relationship Management sector
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  4. In-depth knowledge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
