Job Description:

Ensure all HT and LV equipment's of external building sites are in good working condition:

  • Responsible to ensure HT equipment`s are checked as per schedule.
  • Ensure all equipment`s that required calibration are calibrated on schedule.

  • Ensure all HT systems maintenance are carried out accordingly to regulations.

Ensure all Hospital building licensing are renewed according to schedule effectively by:

  • Bomba- building fire certification are renewed on schedule.

Ensure all M&E equipment schedule maintenance being carried out effectively by:

  • Planning all M&E equipment schedule maintenance.
  • Ensuring M&E equipment maintenance work on schedule.
  • Ensuring all equipment that required calibration are calibrated on schedule.
  • Ensuring vendor carry out all necessary maintenance according to the agreement & manufacture requirement.
  • Coordinate & supervise vendor to perform schedule maintenance.
  • Practicing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance

Ensure all M&E equipment/systems working in good condition by:

  • Ensuring that all essential equipment under the daily checklist are checked daily and repaired immediately when necessary.
  • Checking all M&E equipment to ensure that they are operating within the design specifications.
  • Performing routine checks on all M&E equipment under scheduled maintenance coverage.
  • Ensuring in house technician carry out all schedule maintenance according to schedule.
  • Ensuring all reported defect finding from schedule maintenance are rectified accordingly.

Ensure all complaints and breakdowns are attended to on time. It is achieved by:

  • Handle external building job request are attended & resolved.
  • Coordinate manpower to support external building job request.
  • Recording down in the log book and to follow up on uncompleted work.
  • Keeping the requesters informed of the status of the job request and acknowledge them if completed.
  • Verify equipment operating condition after rectification work carry out by vendors.
  • Monitoring all works done by the chargeman, technicians and vendors to ensure quality and speed.
  • Arrange and ensuring all rectification works carry out without disrupting end user daily operation.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Certified BO Chargeman (11KV) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Minimum 5 years' of working experience in relevant building maintenance, high and low voltage electrical systems. Experience in supervisor management role.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems and plumbing systems.
  • Strong in high and low voltage electrical operation and maintenance skills.
  • Strong in facilities building maintenance skills.
  • Strong in Mechanical & Electrical system operation skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Technically fit for problem analytical skills.
