Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop new market for existing & new products
- prepare periodic sales report, forecasts, and competitor analyses for management review.
- Develop new products for company
- Generating leads and manage key account.
- strategic planning: provide input on the company's business development strategy, targeting new markets, and determining where the company core technical competencies offer the greatest competitive advantage.
- stay current on industry trends, new polymers developments, competitor pricing and emerging manufacturing technologies.
- engage with client to understanding their product specifications, material requirement and tolerance needs
Qualifications & experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, Science education or a related field.
- Experience: Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Skills required: Good sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for client relations, presentations, and reports.
- Team Player: Collaborate with different departments' team members to achieve client needs and business goals
- Adaptable Adventurer: Flexibility to travel, adapt to market changes, and manage multiple projects is crucial for success.
