About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team as an Executive, Administration for the School of Business at MUST. This position plays a key role in supporting the school's daily operations, academic programmes, and staff/student affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational matters of the School.
- Assist the Head of School and academic staff with scheduling, meetings, and documentation.
- Manage student records, correspondence, and academic-related processes (e.g., timetables, assessments, and attendance).
- Liaise with internal departments such as Registry, HR, Finance, and Marketing to support academic operations.
- Prepare reports, memos, and minutes of meetings when required.
- Support the planning and execution of academic events, workshops, and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an academic setting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience using student management systems or academic software.
- Familiarity with university procedures and academic regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
