Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a 12-month joint business plan with the distributor that aligns with the RSM region's annual business objectives.
  • Effectively manage and enhance distributor performance within the assigned area.
  • Lead and coach the distributor sales team to achieve top-tier commercial capabilities in serving General Trade customers.
  • Lead and coach the internal sales team to achieve top-tier commercial capabilities in serving Modern Trade customers.
  • Deliver sales targets by channel and category through effective trade spend planning.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin dialects.
  • 2–3 years of working experience in the FMCG General Trade sales environment, with distributor management experience.
  • Proven track record in leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience and ability to manage trade investments.
