Job Description

1. 非集团类采购 Purchase utensils

  • 负责饮料、包装、用具、制服、设备耗材等采购工作。

Responsible for purchasing beverages, packaging, utensils, uniforms, equipment consumables, etc.

  • 负责市场/营销部门的宣传品、促销物料、周边产品(如礼盒、赠品等)采购。

Responsible for marketing department materials, including promotional items, marketing collaterals, and peripheral products (such as gift boxes and giveaways).

2. 采购流程管理 Procurement Process Management

  • 建立并执行采购流程(需求确认 → 下单 → 收货 → 发票提交财务)。

Establish and implement procurement procedures (from demand confirmation → order placement → goods receipt → invoice submission to finance).

  • 确保采购文件完整(报价单、合同、发票等)并妥善归档。

Ensure all procurement documents (quotations, contracts, invoices, etc.) are complete and properly archived.

3. 供应商管理Supplier Management

  • 维护并管理现有供应商关系,定期进行价格及品质评估。

Maintain and manage relationships with existing suppliers, conducting regular price and quality evaluations.

  • 协助寻找和开发新供应商,进行比价,提出成本优化方案。

Assist in identifying and developing new suppliers, conduct price comparisons, and propose cost optimization solutions.

4. 与库存部协作 Collaboration with Inventory Department

  • 与库存部保持日常沟通,跟进门店收货及消耗情况。

Maintain daily communication with the inventory department to follow up on store receipts and material consumption.

  • 在库存部反馈异常(短少、错货、延迟)时,主动与供应商沟通解决。

When the inventory department reports abnormalities (such as shortages, wrong items, or delivery delays), proactively communicate with suppliers to resolve issues.

  • 根据库存部数据,制定采购计划,避免断货或库存积压。

Develop procurement plans based on inventory data to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

5. 分析与报告 Analysis and Reporting

  • 整理月度采购费用与供应商数据,编制采购分析报告。

Compile monthly procurement expenses and supplier data to prepare procurement analysis reports.

  • 跟踪物料消耗趋势,支持财务部门进行预算与成本控制。

Track material consumption trends to support the finance department in budgeting and cost control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
