About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on
People & Culture Lead
to own and scale all people operations across the region. You will be the key People partner for our regional leadership, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while establishing strong foundations in People policies and high performance culture.

Recruitment will be a major focus as we continue to grow rapidly, but you'll also drive broader P&C areas — from performance management and learning to operations and compliance. This is a high-impact, versatile role suited to someone who enjoys building, improving, and being closely involved in day-to-day execution. As a small team the role will also involve operational duties as required.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end
    recruitment
    and build strong talent pipelines across the region.
  • Implement P&C policies, frameworks, and compliance processes across multiple countries.
  • Lead by example in setting the tone and culture for an innovative, fast-paced entrepreneurial and agile environment
  • Drive
    performance management
    , career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and P&C administration (with local vendors as needed).
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Support the local offices with daily operations and regional coordination.

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of P&C or HR experience, ideally in
    professional services
    or
    tech/startup
    environments.
  • Proven expertise in
    recruitment and talent acquisition
    .
  • Understanding of applicable labor laws
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Melayu.
