  1. Assist the daily accounting activities and supervising the accounting staffs on various issues encounter during the daily work.
  2. Monitor and analyse department work to develop more efficient procedures.
  3. Review journal entries, AR reporting & reconciliation, AP reporting & reconciliation and maintain chart of account.
  4. Update and maintain Land & Development Expenditure Schedule (Actual & Budget Worksheet).
  5. Review annual tax computation.
  6. Ensure an accurate and timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly and yearly financial information, financial statements and reports.
  7. Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process and liaise with auditors.
  8. Liaise with internal and external auditor, banker, tax agent and other external parties.
  9. Ensure compliance with statutory requirement including audit and taxation.
  10. Review tender evaluation for shortlisting contractors
  11. Attend tender opening.
  12. To housekeeping past year unclear transaction.
  13. Verify payment recommendation and payment voucher.
  14. Verify internal documents from sales admin department (Excess payment refund memo, debit note and credit note).
  15. Review Credit Facilities Listing.
  16. Prepare group returns report quarterly.
  17. Review performance report quarterly.
  18. Prepare yearly financial budget and monthly cash flow forecast.
  19. Gazetting of Financial Report.
  20. Submission of yearly Financial Report to MOH.
  21. Liaise with bankers for end-financier application of new project.
