Job Description

  • The role focusses on building effective sales structures, provide hands-on support to local teams, and managing key bank partnerships to deliver sustainable growth. Support the business by ensuring consistent execution, performance tracking and capability uplift across all Banca markets.
  • Drive Regional Bancassurance Sales Growth , set and monitor sales targets for each country, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities and address gaps.
  • Achieve consistent sales growth, meet or exceed regional targets and improve penetration rates.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies based on local needs. Effective sales strategies to increase productivity.
  • Strengthen Bank Partnerships and engage with senior bank stakeholders, align on joint business plan, co-develop sales strategies. Secure strong, sustainable partnerships, increase partner satisfaction and engagement, launch effective joint initiatives.
  • Champion Digital and Product Enhancements. Drive adoption of digital tools and collaborate with product team to develop competitive new products.
  • Support new partner expansion and support negotiation, on-boarding and launch planning for new bancassurance partnerships.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years in a senior sales leadership role in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Manage to lead and grow the insurance business Banca (Life)
  • Support and drive the sales team
  • Ensure the sales target are meet
  • Able to coach and train
