Administration Assistant

- Communication and visitor management: Answer phones, direct calls, take messages, and greet visitors.
- Scheduling and coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and make travel arrangements.
- Document and data management: Draft, format, and edit documents like letters, reports, and memos. Maintain and organize files and records.
- Administrative support: Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and reordering supplies.
- Data entry and analysis: Perform data entry and sometimes simple data analysis.
- Special projects: Assist with special projects, presentations, and events as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
