Channel Sales Executive
with a strong background in sales execution and field leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and implement sales strategies set by management
  • Manage returns and blocked orders in line with company policies
  • Monitor aging reports and drive collection efforts
  • Lead coverage planning with Channel Reps to optimize route efficiency
  • Coordinate marketing programs with Trade Marketing
  • Distribute POSM materials and ensure execution in trade
  • Conduct field coaching and supervise team performance
  • Oversee new customer onboarding and account management
  • Run weekly team meetings and annual appraisals
  • Ensure timely submission of sales reporting documents

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or higher in any field

Minimum 3 years' sales experience, ideally in FMCG

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Strong leadership, presentation & negotiation skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Own transport required

Confident, energetic, and able to thrive in a competitive environment

Comfortable communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
