Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Personnel Data Administration (PDA)
o Transactional backend processing performing data entry into Workday and/or SAP system for employee's personal details.
o Conduct data entry for Employee movements such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Time & Attendance (T&A)
o Transactional backend processing of Employee leave and overtime data.
o Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into Workday and/or SAP system.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
o Transactional backend processing of Employee basic salary, recurring allowances & one-time payment/deductions data in Workday and/or SAP system.
o Support Employee performance management activities.
Payroll Administration
o Execute payroll via SAP system.
o Perform reconciliation tasks from PDA, T&A, and C&B teams to ensure that all changes are incorporated and provide accurate monthly payroll reports to our Business Groups in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
o A degree in the related job field.
o Possess 0-3 years of working experience.
o Knowledge of Workday and SAP is advantageous.
o Willing to relocate to the job location.
