This is a leadership-focused role with limited hands-on coding but a strong emphasis on coaching, architectural oversight, and team development.**

  • Leadership & Guidance:
    Oversee and support multiple cross-functional development teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Quality & Standards:
    Ensure development quality, performance, and best practices are consistently maintained.
  • Methodology & Process:
    Drive the adoption of effective development methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Team Management:
    Oversee team operations, engagement, and performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • People Development:
    Support learning, career progression, and talent management within the team.

requirements

  • Experience in web development using C# /.NET / .NET framework, JavaScript (native and/or frameworks), and MS SQL Server.

  • Proficiency in unit testing and code reviews.

  • Strong understanding of clean code principles and SOLID design principles.

  • In-depth knowledge of SQL, with performance tuning experience being a plus.

  • Experience with web service APIs.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
