About the role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer, as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Byte Motion Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend systems for the game platform while also handling frontend UI development. You will ensure system performance, stability, and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Back-end you'll be doing

  • Analyze game platform backend requirements & design technical solutions
  • Develop & maintain high-performance backend systems and implement robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using a variety of modern technologies
  • Ensure code quality by defining coding standards & best practices, contribute to the development and documentation of coding guidelines
  • Optimize system performance, security & database queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into functional software solutions and drive innovation

Back-end you'll be skilled & experienced in

  • 5+ years of backend development experience; gaming industry a plus
  • Strong PHP skills, proficient in Swoole framework
  • Deep knowledge of MySQL with optimization experience
  • Experience with Redis & caching techniques
  • Familiar with message queues: RabbitMQ / Kafka / Pulsar

Front-end you'll be doing

  • Responsible for UI interface development and front-end architecture
  • Develop front-end pages independently using Vue3
  • Familiar with Vue features: computed properties, directives, component communication
  • Solve bugs and UI/logic issues independently; familiar with MVVM / MVC
  • Responsible for front-end code standards & documentation
  • Optimize front-end performance to enhance user experience

  • 开发和维护高性能后端系统,确保平台稳定高效运行,并使用多种现代技术实现强大、可扩展且用户友好的Web应用程序

  • 优化系统性能、安全性和数据库查询
  • 与跨职能团队合作,包括设计师和产品经理,将业务需求转化为功能性软件解决方案并推动创新

后端也具备的技能与经验

  • 5 年以上后端开发经验;有游戏行业经验优先
  • PHP 基础扎实,熟练掌握 Swoole 框架
  • 深入理解 MySQL,能进行数据库优化与慢查询分析
  • 熟悉 Redis 及缓存技术
  • 掌握 RabbitMQ / Kafka / Pulsar 等消息队列之一

前端方面你将接下的工作

  • 负责用户界面开发与前端架构设计
  • 使用 Vue3 独立完成前端页面开发
  • 熟悉 Vue 的计算属性、指令、组件通信等特性
  • 能独立解决前端相关 bug;熟悉 MVVM / MVC 模式
  • 负责前端代码规范与文档撰写
  • 优化前端性能,提升用户体验

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack web developer, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies
  2. Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
  3. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
  4. Open to Malaysian Only
