We're looking for a friendly and confident Spa Sales Executive to join our team at KLIA2

If you enjoy meeting people, love wellness, and have a knack for sales — this role is for you.

As part of our team, you'll represent our spa brand at the airport lounge, approaching travellers and promoting our spa & massage services to help them relax before their flight.

What You'll Do:

  • Approach lounge guests and introduce available spa and massage services
  • Promote and upsell spa treatments and packages
  • Assist guests in booking and coordinating their spa sessions
  • Provide friendly, informative, and professional service
  • Maintain good relationships with lounge staff and ensure smooth guest flow
  • Support front desk operations when needed

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with guests of different backgrounds
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage
  • Able to work on shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Must be comfortable working at KLIA2 (airside area)

Pay: RM2, RM2,450.00 per month
