Our client is a leading player in the construction and engineering sector with a strong pipeline of landmark projects across commercial and industrial sectors. Due to project expansion, they are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join their team and lead all contract and commercial matters.
About The Job
- Oversee full spectrum of contract administration from pre- to post-award
- Handle tender submissions, contract negotiation, and value engineering assessments
- Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and final account settlement
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial issues
- Provide guidance to QS and contract teams to mitigate risks and drive cost savings
About The Manager/team
The successful candidate will report to the COO and will lead and manage a dynamic contract management team.
Skills And Experience Required
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of contract/commercial management experience
- Experience in building projects preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
