Aviesina Mediora ialah klinik kesihatan moden yang menggabungkan rawatan perubatan umum, rawatan menyeluruh untuk ibu & anak dan juga pengurusan berat badan (Weight loss program)

Kami sedang mencari individu yang bersemangat, mesra pelanggan dan boleh multitask untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai Clinic Assistant cum Customer Relations Admin.

Tanggungjawab Utama

Bahagian Klinik (Clinic Assistant):

  • Menyambut dan mendaftar pesakit dengan mesra.
  • Membantu doktor semasa rawatan atau prosedur ringan.
  • Menjaga kebersihan dan susun atur bilik rawatan.
  • Mengurus stok ubat dan peralatan klinik.

Bahagian Customer Relations:

  • Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui panggilan, mesej & media sosial.
  • Menerangkan servis dan pakej rawatan dengan jelas & sopan.
  • Follow-up pelanggan selepas rawatan untuk feedback & penjagaan susulan.
  • Bantu mengurus aduan pelanggan dengan cara profesional dan empati.
  • Menyusun jadual temujanji & laporan harian.
  • Membantu dalam kempen promosi klinik di media sosial & outreach program.

Kelayakan

Minimum SPM / Diploma (bidang kesihatan, komunikasi, atau pemasaran diutamakan).

Mesra pelanggan, berpenampilan kemas & berdisiplin.

Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan teamwork yang baik.

Boleh bekerja secara shift dan di bawah pengawasan minima.

Pengalaman dalam bidang klinik / customer service satu kelebihan (latihan disediakan).
