Delivery Lead Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

Your new company

A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Delivery Lead to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.

Your new role

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Product Team.
  • Facilitate collaboration and align requirements with solution design.
  • Maintain technical documentation in Azure DevOps.
  • Support troubleshooting and smooth solution implementation.
  • Promote continuous improvement and agile ways of working.
  • Lead productive meetings and foster open communication.
  • Align priorities, report performance, and simplify complex topics.
  • Mentor and coach for effective collaboration and delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in agile ways of working and team leadership (Scrum Master certification is a plus)

  • Work experience within Digital teams and jobs.

  • Experience in internal or external stakeholder management.
  • Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and solution.
  • Leadership experience within Agile organisations and Agile backlog management.
  • Good at analytical thinking, problem-solving, process and workflow analysis and modelling.
  • Excellence in communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in documentation to maintain technical documentation and coordination.
  • Good understanding of Solution Design/ Architecture Diagrams and aligning technical requirements.
