As part of our expansion, Synergy Consulting Group is establishing a Global Consulting Hub in Malaysia — a Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on ERP implementation excellence, process innovation, and regional delivery leadership.

We're looking for talented ERP Consultants who are ready to contribute to world-class projects, collaborate across borders, and grow in a dynamic, fast-evolving consulting environment.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome motivated individuals who bring both technical expertise and business insight. The ideal candidate will have:


• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience


• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, though IT or related fields are also welcome)


• A solid foundation in IT, project management, or financial systems


• Hands-on experience with ERP systems


• Sage 300 implementation experience (a definite advantage)


• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-border project teams

Key Responsibilities


• Support end-to-end ERP implementation for clients across multiple regions


• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery


• Customize and configure ERP modules to meet diverse business requirements


• Provide training and post-implementation support to regional clients


• Contribute to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) by documenting best practices and standardizing templates
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country delivery environment
