Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Sales: Direct daily operations, monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop store staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching; create work schedules; and lead and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage product ordering, receive shipments, and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving complaints, training staff on product knowledge and service standards, and monitoring customer feedback.
- Financial Oversight: Manage store budgets, control operating expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
Required Skills
- Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team.
