岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities

  1. 负责暖通专业方案设计、施工图、深化图的全过程管理,审核机电设计方案及施工图纸,并协调现场安装工程。

Oversee the entire process of HVAC system design, including scheme design, construction drawings, and detailed shop drawings. Review and approve design proposals and construction drawings, ensuring on-site installation aligns with design specifications.
2. 解决施工过程中的暖通专业技术问题

Resolve technical issues in HVAC construction process
3. 管理暖通设计变更及落实监督

Handle design changes and ensure implementation
4. 负责暖通材料下单、设备报审及进场验收

Oversee material procurement, equipment approval & on-site inspection
5. 管控施工进度/质量/安全/成本

Control project schedule, quality, safety & cost
6. 负责项目竣工后的竣工图编制,协助完成结算、验收移交及后期现场整改工作。

Lead the preparation of as-built drawings upon project completion, assist in final account settlement and handover procedures, and manage defect rectification during the post-inspection phase.

任职要求 | Requirements

► 主要条件 | Mandatory:

  • 3年以上分包工程管理经验

    3+ years subcontracting project management experience
  • 精通施工流程,有数据中心/厂房项目经验

    Proficient in construction workflows, data center/plant project experience
  • 具备较强的项目实施、组织策划、进度管理能力,以及出色的对内对外沟通协调能力。

Strong capabilities in project execution, organization & planning, and schedule management, with excellent internal/external communication and coordination skills
- 需精通中文(工作语言),同时具备英语沟通能力

Fluent in Mandarin (working language), with English communication skills
