About the client
Our client is a regional software company that used AI to automate customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the functional iteration and technical support of the robot platform's open-to-the-public features.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to collect market feedback and demands, and promote continuous improvement and iteration of the product.
- Lead the technical team in product research and development and technological breakthroughs, solve key technical problems, and ensure the technical leadership and stability of the products.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience, with at least 3 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
- Have more than 2 years of experience in technical team management, and have a successful track record of leading & building teams to complete complex projects.
- Familiarity with the product R&D process, possess a good technical foundation, and have an in-depth understanding of software development, testing, operation and maintenance, etc.
- Have strong communication and coordination skills as well as team management skills, and be able to effectively motivate and guide team members.
