We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Designer cum Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who excels in design and has a strong grasp of social media trends. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs while managing and growing our brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Branding:
● Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, marketing materials, websites, and social media.
● Ensure consistency of visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
● Create engaging multimedia content such as images, videos, and animations.
● Shoot and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
● Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with marketing strategies.
● Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance brand communication.
Social Media Management:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
● Manage and create content calendars for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
● Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to grow the audience.
● Track and analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong community presence.
● Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
● Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
● Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
