Responsibilities:

-Manage full set accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

-Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure high performance and productivity.

-Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.

-Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and prepare comprehensive management overview reports and decks.

-Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

-Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress, address challenges, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as finance, sales, and operations, to support business objectives and initiatives.

-Stay updated on accounting regulations, standards, and best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
