Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle daily reconciliation for card transactions, wallet balances, and settlements.
  2. Manage fund movements, including top-ups, withdrawals, refunds, and settlement cycles.
  3. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing and reporting.
  4. Monitor and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and smooth financial operations.
  5. Support audits, financial analysis, and ongoing process improvements.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial operations, reconciliation, or settlement. Preferably within payments, card issuing, or fintech environments.
  3. Strong understanding of financial principles, with high data sensitivity and solid analytical skills.
  4. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve issues.
  5. Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
