Skop Tugas – Cashier (Kedai Daging)

1. Urusan Kaunter & Pembayaran

  • Mengendalikan transaksi jualan tunai, kad debit/kredit, e-wallet dan lain-lain kaedah pembayaran.
  • Memastikan setiap transaksi direkod dengan tepat dalam sistem POS.
  • Mengeluarkan resit dan memastikan baki wang dikembalikan dengan betul kepada pelanggan.
  • Menyemak dan menutup akaun jualan harian di akhir syif / hari.

2. Pengurusan Tunai & Rekod

  • Menyemak float duit sebelum mula bertugas dan memastikan jumlah sepadan di akhir syif.
  • Menyediakan laporan tunai harian dan menyerahkan hasil jualan kepada penyelia atau akaun.
  • Memastikan keselamatan wang tunai dan transaksi di kaunter.

3. Layanan Pelanggan

  • Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan membantu jika pelanggan mempunyai pertanyaan tentang produk (contohnya jenis potongan daging, harga, atau promosi).
  • Menangani aduan pelanggan secara sopan dan profesional sebelum merujuk kepada penyelia jika perlu.
  • Menjaga imej dan kebersihan diri semasa bertugas di hadapan pelanggan.

4. Pengurusan Produk di Kaunter

  • Membantu memastikan produk di ruang kaunter sentiasa dalam keadaan kemas, bersih dan menarik.
  • Menyemak harga pada label agar selaras dengan sistem POS.
  • Memastikan bahan pembungkusan seperti plastik, label harga dan beg sentiasa mencukupi.

5. Kerjasama Dalaman

  • Bekerjasama dengan staf dapur / stor dalam memastikan kelancaran urusan jualan dan stok.
  • Membantu staf lain semasa waktu sibuk seperti hujung minggu atau musim perayaan.
  • Melaporkan sebarang isu teknikal (contohnya mesin POS, terminal kad, sistem e-wallet) kepada penyelia.

6. Kebersihan & Keselamatan

  • Menjaga kebersihan kawasan kaunter dan peralatan yang digunakan.
  • Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan makanan dan SOP kebersihan kedai.
  • Memastikan semua transaksi dan urusan pelanggan dijalankan dengan integriti tinggi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
