Job Responsibilities :

  • Full Set Accounting:
  • Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) functions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Implement and maintain robust accounting processes and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate and timely profit and loss (P&L) reports.
  • Generate comprehensive financial statements and analysis for management review.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance.
  • Cash Management:
  • Oversee petty cash disbursements and reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and internal controls over cash transactions.
  • Month-end and Year-end Closing:
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts and ensure all financial activities are appropriately recorded.
  • Tax Compliance:
  • Liaise with tax agents and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documents.
  • Financial Forecasting:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze trends and variances to provide insights into future financial performance.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements :

  1. Candidate must posses at least Diploma/ Professional Certificate or Bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  3. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Sat (9am-1pm)
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
  8. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  9. Able to speak and write in Mandarin. (The customer base is from China)
