Job Responsibility

1. Customer Service

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Guide guests to their tables and present menus.

2. Order Taking:

  • Accurately take orders for food and beverages, accommodating any special requests or dietary restrictions.

  • Input orders into the point-of-sale system promptly.

3. Serving:

  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure all orders are accurate and meet the restaurant's standards for presentation and quality.

4. Guest Interaction:

  • Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.

  • Address any complaints or concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues to the manager if necessary.

5. Table Maintenance:

  • Clear and reset tables after guests leave, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area.

  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including restocking supplies and cleaning spills.

6. Payment Processing:

  • Present checks to guests and process payments accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit transactions.

  • Provide accurate change and receipts to guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
