Orizi Group is a growing OEM health supplement and cosmetic manufacturer. We are looking for a Finance Manager – Corporate Strategy & Finance Analyst to lead our group-wide financial planning, funding, and investment activities.

This role provides strategic financial leadership across all Orizi Group companies — driving sustainable growth, ensuring compliance, and supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial performance across Orizi-related entities.
  • Manage cash flow, funding, and banking relationships to maintain healthy liquidity.
  • Oversee tax planning, audit, and compliance with Malaysian regulations (SST, income tax, etc.).
  • Develop financial models, ROI, and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.
  • Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial risk management across the group.
  • Conduct financial due diligence and valuations for new ventures or acquisitions.
  • Drive capital raising, grant applications, and financing negotiations.
  • Support cost optimization, supplier negotiations, and operational efficiency.
  • Review sales quotations, contracts, and project costing to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years' above experience in financial management, strategic finance, or group consolidation roles.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian tax, MFRS standards, and corporate finance practices.
  • Proven ability in financial modelling, investment evaluation, and funding management.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
