About the Role
This is not a typical secretary role.
You will work
side-by-side with the Group Chief People Officer
, supporting and coordinating HR transformation, driving the Agile HR delivery rhythm, and ensuring smooth execution of enterprise-wide people initiatives.
You will also serve as the
Scrum Master for the HR Transformation Squad
, coordinating sprint planning, tracking progress, managing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers on transformation milestones.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to accelerate into a future position as an
HRBP, COE specialist, talent lead, OD manager, or transformation leader
.
What You'll Do
HR & Transformation (Major Scope – 70%)
Coordinate HR operating model changes (COE, HRBP, Shared Services)
Support culture, talent, leadership, and digital HR initiatives
Prepare board papers, GMC decks, and HR analytics dashboards
Engage with internal leaders and external agencies (TalentCorp, MoHR, MEF, HRDCorp)
Manage governance, policies, and reporting cycles
Agile HR – Scrum Master
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Maintain transformation backlogs, roadmaps & Kanban boards
Track deliverables, identify blockers, and support the squad to stay on course
Drive Agile disciplines within the HR leadership team
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
Executive Support (30%)
Manage GCPO's calendar, meetings, travel, and communication
Prepare briefs, notes, talking points, and presentations
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

- Experience in project management, Agile/Scrum, or HR transformation
- Interest in analytics, dashboards, design, or communication
