Assistant /Project Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for overseeing the architectural design, planning, coordinating and managing the project at different phases of the works.
  • Assist the project head or act as the project head to lead the project team.
  • Ensures that projects are completed on time and according to all applicable regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent to LAM Part 2 Architect Qualification, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Experienced in healthcare projects will be an advantage.
  • A team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Software skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates with good working and learning attitude are encouraged to apply too.
