Position: Customer Service cum Event Assistant

Location HQ: Taman Teknologi Cheng, Melaka

Job Responsibilities

* Assist with event setup and teardown before and after events

* Pick, pack, load and organize event items based on checklist

* Deliver and collect event inventory (including outstation/ KL events)

* Support pop-up booths and weekend events when required

* Handle sales and customer interaction during events

* Maintain clean, organized and attractive booth setup

* Manage event stock and ensure items are complete and in good condition

* Coordinate basic event logistics with internal team

* Train and guide part-time event staff to ensure smooth operations

* Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements

* Experience in events, retail or sales is an advantage

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Strong problem-solving skills and independent working attitude

* Physically fit and able to carry event equipment

* Willing to travel and work weekends or evenings when needed

* Responsible, punctual, disciplined and teamwork-oriented

* Able to multitask in fast-paced environment

* Must hold valid GDL License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
