Sales Coordinator

Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, order follow-ups, and resolve service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately in the Epicor system.
- Coordinate and monitor product deliveries, working closely with customers, logistics partners, and finance on payment and credit control.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and records for compliance, while providing administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Generate sales reports, operational summaries, and data analysis to support management review and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads are welcomed to apply).
- Up to 1 year experience in sales support, customer service, or admin.
- Proficient in ERP (
Epicor
is a plus) & Microsoft Office. - Organized, responsible, and quick to learn.
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
